Walt Disney World Resort - Florida

Concierge Planning

In addition to the complimentary benefits of our
Source and Reserve service, our Concierge Planning service invites you to be our guest for your entire vacation. All the magic. We plan it. You live it.

Once we have booked your chosen Walt Disney World resort and theme parks passes, your Concierge Planner will host a call closer to your trip date to learn more about what makes a vacation magical for you. Is it the food? The rides? Live shows? Based on your preferences, we’ll make recommendations for dining, event scheduling, attractions, and the right Enchanting Extras to enhance your trip.

60 days out from your arrival, your planner will make your reservations based on your selections. We will create Lightning Lane cheat sheets for you to follow when pre-booking your attractions for the duration of your trip via the new Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Singe Pass systems (if you decide to purchase).

Planning the details

Your planner will create a full day by day personalized itinerary for your group that will include a recommended ride order to follow for each park day based on your pre-booked Lightning Lanes (if purchasing), your kids’ heights, ages, and your group’s can’t miss rides, dining experiences and events.

Your planner will host a Trip Prep Video Call with you to review your final personalized itinerary. This call will also include a full lesson on how to use the new Lightning Lane system (replacing Genie+ effective July 24, 2024), plus an overview on Walt Disney World and My Disney Experience App orientation that will leave you feeling both prepared and excited for your trip!

Before you go

You will have access to an app that will allow you to view your itinerary from your phone and any changes made real time. No more downloading PDFs or managing multiple versions of the same document. Plus you can ask questions or make comments within the app!

Your planner will be available to you throughout your trip to answer any questions you may have, give additional recommendations or to make changes as you go.

Our main goal is to work behind the scenes to give you the freedom to make unforgettable memories in the Most Magical Place on Earth.
