In addition to the complimentary benefits of our
Source and Reserve service, our Concierge Planning service allows you to sit back and be the star of your own vacation, VIP-style. All the magic. We plan it. You live it.
Once we have booked your chosen Universal Studios Hollywood Partner Hotel and the theme park tickets, your Concierge Planner will host a video call closer to your trip date to learn more about the main attraction for your vacation. Is it the food? The rides? Live shows? Based on your preferences, we’ll make recommendations for dining, event scheduling and the right activities to enhance your trip.
When available, your planner will make your reservations based on your selections and then create a full day by day personalized itinerary for your group that will include a recommended ride order to follow for each park day based on your kids’ heights, ages,and your group’s can’t miss rides, dining experiences and events.
Planning the details
Your planner will schedule another video call with you to review your final personalized day by day itinerary. This call will also include a full lesson on Virtual Line reservations, plus a Universal Studios Hollywood overview that will leave you feeling both prepared and excited for your trip!
You will also have access to an app that will allow you to view your itinerary from your phone and any changes made real time. No more downloading PDFs or managing multiple versions of the same document. Plus you can ask questions or make comments within the app!

Your planner will be available to you throughout your trip to answer any questions you may have, give additional recommendations or to make changes as you go.
